For a prime lens, my favourite is the 85mm f/1.4. I don’t own one but often find myself borrowing it. It’s an exceptional lens for portraits, although the Canon version is quite pricey. For the prime, I have to go with the 50mm. I am not a seasoned photographer, but the affordable nifty-fifty has served me well, and I have been able to catch a couple of good images with it.
