Hi guys. I am not new to the DPC, been with them from 2012. I want to get in again so I posted a photo I took in 2015 in Kuwait oilfield in south Kuwait, will post more often. Thanks and greetings.

Ask any good bagel baker and the will tell you that the key to that chewy crust and slightly dense interior is boiling the bagels before baking them! Yes! The longer the boil, the thicker and chewier the crust.
