Thanks for the session last night Jon. Really informative. I often shoot starscapes in the bush but it is a problem to do extremely long exposures as it is not a good idea to stand quietly in the dark for 40 minutes, particularly if there are lions about. This image was taken the Namib Nauklaft Park close to Dune 45.CANON EOS90D, 1/500 Sec @f4.5, ISO400 at 100mm(EF100-400 F4.5-5.6L IS USM. Tripod was used and I did some basic editing in Lightroom and then brought it across into Photoshop where I used luminosity masks to create the desired effect I was looking for.
