Brilliant action shot, Judy. I would love to add the story behind this remarkable image. Judy captured it in Chobe, Botswana, during one of our daily boat cruisers on the river. It was 10:30 in the morning, and we were on our way to photograph bee-eaters further down the river bank. Unaware of this hippo underneath our boat in the water, none of us expected this behaviour. The hippo lost his cool and charged our boat. It happened so quickly, and none of us expected this. This again shows wildlife photographers should always have their camera setting spot on at all times so as not to miss out on unpredictable opportunities like this. Well done, Judy…quick thinking and good habits, always.
