  • Everyone thinks these are self-portraits but they aren't meant to be. I just use myself as a model because I know I can push myself to extremes, make each shot as ugly or goofy or silly as possible.

    • Her eyes mimicking the wall behind her and the spots of green in her clothes makes this compelling. The contrasting orange places all the focus on her eyes. Wild eyes, maybe scared. The viewer can’t look away and that makes it a masterpiece.
