The Triumphal Arch at Hartebeespoort Dam.

The inscription on the arch reads:
sine aqua arida ac misera agri cultura (“without water agriculture is dray and harsh”)

On the other side of the Arch the following abbreviated inscription of Isaiah 43: 19-21 can be found:
dedi in deserto aquas flumina in invio (“The beasts of the field, the serpents and ostriches will glorify me Because I provided waters and rivers in the pathless desert So that I might give drink to my chosen people.”)

Edited with NIK Analog Efex for the retro look. The arch was built / completed in 1923.
