First time I properly used Photopills. Had to figure out where to position myself to be in the right spot for the moonrise just behind the Cape Recife Lighthouse. Luckily the weather played along.

If I had to choose, I’d go for the Sigma 28-105mm f/2.8. I’d probably use the wider 28mm focal length more than the Tamron’s longer reach, even though it doesn’t go as wide as the Canon 24-105mm f/2.8, which, in my opinion, is the true Swiss Army knife of professional zooms. Still, both lenses are incredibly versatile, and I’d be happy with either!

I’m glad to see you using PhotoPills—I’m still only using the basics like checking light cycles, not determining the precise position of the sun and moon as you did here.
