O! How time flies!
We were walking the streets of Lesotho and I saw the old lady from afar. I knew I wanted a picture of her. She was such a beautiful character. I took the picture with my i-phone and did some processing in Photoshop. To me this picture symbolizes aging and how time just flies by.

A nice set of pictures, Riette. I really like the angles and the nostalgic feel. While the desaturated vintage effect works well, I think adding a bit more colour pop and contrast could enhance this beautiful set even more. Very nice. The insects is such an imporatnt part of life.

Hi Renate just my penny’s worth—I would have loved to see more subject and less background in these shots. The backgrounds feel quite busy, which makes the subject get a little lost, especially since the colours aren’t popping.
