Solid composition with the palm tree on a third line, and your location is enviable. Enhance this photo by increasing the contrast. An S-curve using the Tone Curve in Lightroom will make a significant difference. Consider cropping a bit off the bottom, maybe just where the ocean starts, to eliminate that dustbin in the process.

Riette, have you considered a 16×9 crop to eliminate the foreground and possibly even clone out the anthill? I suggest deleting this post and reposting directly in the mobile group to avoid duplication in your feed.
